TX4 is committed to providing a safe, family-friendly, and competitive racing environment. All racers, pit crews, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

Zero Tolerance "FAFO" Policy

  1. Physical Altercations
Any act of fighting, physical aggression, or unwanted physical contact will result in immediate ejection from the event without refund. Offenders may also face a minimum one-year suspension or permanent ban from TX4 events.
  2. Verbal Abuse & Threats
Abusive, threatening, or profane language directed toward another racer, crew member, spectator, or official will not be tolerated. Penalties may include disqualification, loss of points, fines, suspension, or permanent ban.
  3. Sportsmanship
Unsportsmanlike conduct such as taunting, intentionally blocking, or retaliating on the course may result in penalties up to disqualification. Deliberate vehicle contact will be reviewed by race officials and may result in suspension or ban.
  4. Responsibility for Crew & Guests
Racers are responsible for the behavior of their pit crew, family, and guests. Misconduct by associated persons may result in penalties or disqualification of the racer.
  5. Event Authority
All final decisions regarding penalties, suspensions, and bans rest with TX4 race officials and the series director. TX4 reserves the right to involve law enforcement in cases of assault, threats, or dangerous behavior.

Participation in TX4 events is a privilege, not a right.

Violations of this Code of Conduct undermine the safety, integrity, and spirit of our sport and will be dealt with firmly.
